I grew quite fond of Tim Farron during the General Election campaign. Though calling for another referendum was ridiculous and bound to harm his party further. What Farron did do was add a sense of civility and humour to the General Election campaign and I will be sorry to see the back of him.
I also sympathised by the way his religious beliefs were constantly dragged into the debate. Like others have said here, why should his religious beliefs be held against him.
