Yes it makes a big difference cause that will cause gemma to be a gruffallo and its probably the main reason for her cankles...

Heavy's is probably too much breakfast lunch and dinner..

I don't think that's 'shaming' at all.

Gemma is huge because she over eats all the wrong types of food, and as she has proven in her various reality show appearances, she is very lazy and has little drive to do anything physical.

Not fat shamming, not rocket science, just factual.
