Another thing is that muslims on the outside attack and threaten him constantly.I would bet the guy was giving him grief and possibly went for him.
We'd need to see what happened before really to make a judgement.

I think it's highly UNlikely that the guy went for him. I do believe that he was following and harassing him though, expecting not to have a pub brawl start somewhere like Ascot with them all dolled up in shirt and tie.
But watch the way he's stumbling backwards with his hands up as they come on screen. That's not someone who has gone in physically... That's someone who was probably mouthing off and was totally caught off guard when it got physical.
The thing is, I don't think it's OK that this guy was harassing and following them and mouthing off. This wasn't a political event, and even people like Tommy Robinson deserve to be able to enjoy a day out without being harassed. I get that part of it. If he's at a political rally, fair game in my opinion. If he's just out in public then it's not the time.
However - there is NO excuse for violence other than in physical self defence. This is quite clearly a case of him not being able to keep his cool and doing what comes naturally - throwing his weight around. And it's not even like he just snapped and gave the guy a smack in the face - he kept punching down on him when he was on his arse on the floor. It's assault, pure and simple.
