I agree that mocking people's affairs outside of the house isn't really necessary, in the exact same way that mocking the way people look, or calling women sluts and slappers isn't either. This is a genuine question - why do you think it's acceptable or necessary to do that? Don't you think this place would be a lot more civilised if we could discuss the housemates solely on their characters and what they do in the house - rather than the way they look or their sexual promiscuity? I genuinely, honestly don't get what relevance the way someone looks is to whether they're a good housemate or not? These are just people on a television show we watch for 48 minutes a night, yes some of them may be annoying or boring or do things we don't like - but why does that mean we need to slut shame or insult their appearance? They're still human. Is there not a part of you that finds it bit juvenile and childish? The only reason I call people out for it is because I find it draining, it really makes this forum a miserable place to frequent during on season and that's a damn shame.

With regards to 'this time around', I honestly can't say I've seen anyone insult a housemate other than Isabelle's appearance? I don't think Lotan even had insults levelled at him like that and he was detested. I'm not sure why that is because Jason got it bad last year, but like I said, if I saw it I'd have called it out.
