I've had a duodenal ulcer. Believe me, there is no way you would not know you had it. I was literally writhing in agony. An ulcer is where your stomach lining breaks down and your stomach acid attacks the stomach wall. It is excruciatingly painful. If he was hospitalised for it, he wouldn't be back at the BB house the next day lool
