I think there is a difference though, as women are still seen as being the 'weaker' sex for want of a better word, they can get away with it as there not seen to be the more dominant one physically, whereas if a man does it the women looks like more of a victim, whereas a man would brush it off.

Yeah it was a bit out of order and it definitely would have been way different if one of the lads had been grabbing a woman like that. Same with the bumhole thing. And same with Andrews advances...the last one depends on the situation though but it was very clear Raph was very uncomfortable with it so because of that, Andrew was extremely in the wrong. You simply cannot go round forcing yourself on people...that should go without saying
