Being friends? So would it be reasonable for anyones friends to force themselves on them like this? Also this is not making a move...making a move would be going in for a kiss or something and you can easily read at that stage if the other person actually wants to. This was not that.

This reads to me like a 'she was dressed in revealing clothes, she deserved/invited it' comment about sexual assaults. Not saying andrew sexually assaulted Raph. But he definitely crossed a line and blaming Raph for this is silly :S
