There is a bit of a difference. Anyway Raph even said himself he's going to try and get more comfortable with physical contact - not that he has to - so maybe this is one of the ways he's doing it.

Exactly! And letting someone paint your nail isn't exactly the same as someone putting their tongue on you. People go to nail salons to get that done by strangers but not everyone is happy getting licked or kissed by strangers though.

Definitely. Not to mention he had known Kieran longer by that point than he has known Andrew. I don't understand why people think just because he might have been okay with a kiss from one person he's suddenly expected to just be sexual with everyone who makes a move on him. He could literally have had sex with Kieran in the house and that still would not have meant Andrew was justified in doing what he did. Baffling .

He's clearly been giving Andrew the come on or he wouldn't have licked his ear, he willingly walked over for a hug ,no one dragged him over
