I don't like Charlotte either but she wiped the floor with Chanelle in that argument so she can clearly handle herself if she needs to. Chanelle was one of my favourites but she's showing herself up to be a bit of a dickhead lately. I'm not going to blindly defend her just because she's Raphs friend, he's his own person
