Raph knows that 2nd chance housemates CANNOT WIN.

He also knows that Issy CAN WIN.

So he voted to save non-winner Sue (even thought the house don't like her)

He chose NOT TO SAVE potential winner and his friend Issy (even though the house DO like Issy)

Errrr.... anyone STILL think Raph aint tactical ????
