I and others see it that way and there's a thread made that says someone loves Charlotte more for bitching about Raph.

So she either was or wasn't but that's a matter of ones opinion.

I was talking more about how the episode was shot, Raph being lovely about Charlotte and then cut to her saying Raph wouldn't be friends with Chanelle in r/l blah blah something about how Chanelle is inferior to Raph umm made her look bad to most people imho
