I've been a little bit out of the loop but why are people so outraged at what Paul did at the veto ceremony? It was supposed to be him imitating a snake from what I know, nothing to do with skin color.

Even if he was imitating Dominique and used black face paint for that reason (which I'm not sure if he did or not), there's nothing wrong with that IMO. It's the same thing if a black person uses white face paint to imitate a white person that they're trying to represent in a form of entertainment or theater. It's visual theatrics. The point was him imitating Dominique as a snake, not some racist connotation behind it.

Edit: I just saw what Paul's face paint looked like.... yeah he's just representing a snake so there's absolutely nothing wrong with what he did and not racist at all.
