Well we're ignoring the fact that Lotan's still holding a grudge against Chanelle (and possibly 9 other housemates by not inviting them - or he simply didn't like them. I do remember him having some tension with Raph and maybe the sisters too though)

Where's the evidence to suggest Lotan still hold's a grudge against Chanelle? Because she's not on the flyers? I doubt there's enough room for all 22 hm's, people would've needed a magnifying glass to see them all. Chanelle CLEARLY hold's a grudge against Lotan after seeing her reaction to him on the screen on BBOTS.

Well if we're going off the logic that Issy's there because Lotan doesn't have beef with her, then yes, I am assuming he has beef with Chanelle. And giving Chanelle's reaction on BOTS, it's apparent she still has a grudge against him anyway
Also doesn't it say "housemates subject to change prior to the event"? Doesn't that sort of imply that those are the housemates appearing, and no others? Why not just have a flyer saying "Come and meet the cast of BB18! Including... Lotan... Rebecca... (2/3 more names who are definitely going)
