The 'JTM45' was a model of Guitar Amplifier made by Marshall in the UK (the first they made) in 1963. Hendrix used a custom version of this amp, the JTM100.
'JTM' stands for 'James Terrence Marshall' the owner of the company and designer/builder of their amp designs.
Coincidentally Jimi Hendrix' full name was 'James Marshall Hendrix'
