If it's real then it shouldn't even be being called a Showmance.

Helen and Paul BB2, Sophie and Lee BB3, and Grace and Mikey BB7 were romances, does any of these relationships feel anything like them to you?

I hate the time given to the Sarah/Chad showmance, but tonight I enjoyed Sam jokingly raking Sarah about BOTS and her boyfriend coming in etc, he made me laugh.
I liked tonight's show; although I like the fights and angst it was a welcome little break from it all.

Not really, but I now view BB as I would view a soap, I don't care if it's fiction. It's entertainment, and as I'm someone who is turned off by negativity, shows with 24/7 bullies like Helen Wood and Bear are repulsive to me.

Yes, it would be boring, but those who obsess over showmances seem to see little else. There is still a lot more on the show than this, although I think the producers concentrate too much on one story line in their desperation for viewers. This is probably why I keep on forgetting Sean/Helen/Derek/Sandi are in there too. I don't blame the apparently boring HM's for their invisibility I blame the shows editors.

They've had zero airtime, as per the last few series the producer picks someone out and they get all the airtime,sadly this series theyve chosen Sarah

Agreed, its the editing. We only needed to know once that Sarah was having second thoughts, then move on.

But it's not a Soap, it's a Reality TV Show and that's why the ratings are going down is because they want people to now view it as something that it was never suppose to be.

The BB3, BB5, & BB6 blend of normal people meets OTT dramatic fights was the best approach to have took with BB, but they seem to have lost the both elements at this point for some bland Showmances, I can't support something where I know that the Housemates and the production would be laughing at me like I'm an idiot for supporting, I know that everybody's different on this issue, but I find it highly offensive. If relationships are gonna happen on the show then they should be real, and not take a few days to develop but probably months to manifest itself.
