GM is definitely in contention but she's so problematic cause I look back on her HoH reign so fondly but then remember her treatment of Candice

She's the kind of houseguest along with Evel Dick/Frankie who would be on some people's lists and not others, the ones I listed are unequivocally the worst of all time
