I am exactly the same - left handed writer - right handed eater - left handed scissors , all over the place with other things.

I tried clay pigeon shooting - shooting a nightmare , just couldn't decide which side was better so i just gave up !

Oh and others notice my left handedness like i twirl the bread bag the wrong way !

Same here with the scissors.
Knife and fork as normal.
Hoovered and ironed right handed before I retired
