In her exclusive with The Sun Sarah spoke about her fella and that she wanted to settle down and have kids. On last nights show Brandi said that in the first week Sarah said the same thing in the house. Pretty significant.
Sarah (and her fans) are making light of the relationship (it's only 4 weeks) to excuse her cheating.
