If she really has been saying all of this then yes of course it's different - I didn't catch her saying it in the house and just thought Brandi was stirring. Four weeks still isn't very long but if she's official/exclusive with this bloke then it's cheating regardless of length of time.

People need to know the difference between dating and in a relationship though as they aren't the same thing so you can't call one the other which I've seen/heard countless people do when discussing this.
