Yeah I think that too, people should be concerned for her tbh, if she went in to change her reputation, she's done an horrific job, actually I never even knew that she'd had bad press until she went in there so all she's done is highlighted that and showed that she probably deserved that bad press too. I'd really dislike her if I didn't feel so sorry for her (plus Jemma picking at her makes me side with her a little more but just a little
