I don't think he is leading her on, she is just reading to much into his interest at this stage. He clearly stated he would never start anything in the house but would like to take her out to dinner when they leave, who knows it could lead to romance or just stay at friendship.

Exactly. People are reading stuff into their relationship that was never there, a bit like Amelia herself.
But really the lashing into Sam is gaining momentum all of a sudden because he is now 2nd fave and they feel their fave is threatened. So predictable. If he drops down the next 2nd fave will get a scalding. It par for the course.
