It's dire and the lack of lives is half of the problem because you can't get to know the acts. And now X Factor is repeating that mistake again

I also watch these shows as light entertainment so wall-to-wall amazing singers being heaped with praise isn't interesting. And if XF is cutting down on the crap acts this series it's gonna be a poor show there too

The X factor is only slightly shortening it from what I understand and so far the people with good voices actually have really good personalities to match which is something the voice lacks.

It's just very impersonal and it's hard to get behind anyone.

Where is mo from the last series? It seems they don't invest anything into the acts and that's a major flaw seeing as they have "coaches" who are supposed to mentor them to a succesfull career.

10 weeks down to 6 is a pretty big cut, there were 7 weeks of lives in the diabolical 2015 series and it was one of the worst (of many) changes they made so to have less is even more of a disaster

I agree about the personalities being good so far, but I'd still like some crap acts to bring a more humorous side to the auditions
