Trying to cut down on collections is one thing but then they're obviously going to miss out on much of the recycling which will end up in the general waste.It's failed logic.
If they want people to recycle more then come and collect it more to insentivise people to do it.
Rifling through people's bins with cameras and fining them is just gonna piss the tax payers off who are keeping these idiots in a job.That won't insentivise anything other than resentment,more fly tipping and less recycling.
What are we even paying these people for.They need to get out and do their job and keep Britain tidy.It's unrealistic for people with families to keep up with these ever more stringent demands.It's just bullying.A single mother with 3-4 kids doesn't have time to be doing the refuse peoples job for them.
