On the thread: doesn't matter if she was being genuinely racist or just "having bants" in terms of how they follow it up, tbh. Not that I'm against workplace "bants" but... you engage it in fully knowing that the company you work for won't like it and you might end up with disciplinary action being taken. You can't say "It wrr just bants guvna!" and expect to be let off with it .

In other words... Be careful what you say depending on who is around, and also, don't record it or broadcast it online .
