The system isn’t trying to deport most criminals upon their release. He was a danger to women and would have disappeared and likely attacked again. Don’t we detain criminals whilst awaiting deportation whether serving a sentence or not.

Unfortunately even his country of origin didn’t want him, which speaks volumes, so muggins Britain does it again and lands us with another serial sex offender or worse.
