Actually there's moments where his bitchy side comes out ( maybe not a bully but still) ,and the stupid Wax joke wasn't funny .

He got annoyed in the garden and bitched about Ann yet he's pushing her buttons on purpose by asking her about his bum getting waxed .

He's a mentally challenged kid . And he hugged Ann and apologised yet still had a bitch about her politics in the garden with Rachel loving it.
