i honestly don't know what's going on with this. Was he not released on license for the original crime of murder? In which case future offences must violate those license terms? He is being protected in my opinion, and I have no idea why.

Yes Bots, we were PROMISED that If he reoffended he would go straight back to prison and do the time he should have done for killing James,he has been arrested for drugs and fighting previously which should have been enough to send him back to prison before he got arrested the first time for the downloading child images,then he wouldn't have had chance to do it a second time !! it's a farce , I just don't get the mindset of some judges ,he is a danger to kids,ffs lock him up for life.
