Julie said they planned 10 celebrities but since Omarasa was somewhat unexpected they kept it at 11 - she also said it doesn't matter if there's slightly more men than women so I don't think there will be a 12th houseguest

Quite often the feeds are turned on for a few minutes (either by accident or on purpose, who knows) once or twice before the premiere is broadcast
