I think the light sentence he was given is very worrying. Particularly with the evidence about the paedophile manual. Surely that is strong evidence of intent to act on it?
He has been cautioned, called back to prison about 4 times now, one for drug abuse which could also be a dangerous factor. He clearly isn't normal in his leanings towards children and has already killed. Why isn't he in a secure hospital or in prison indefinitely? What if he gets into a position where he can do it again? This desire to rehabilitate him at any cost is putting a child at real risk.
