I have autism, we're not sure if I have aspergers but I certainly have shown shades of it. How do I find ways to deal with my autism...hmm...I'm not sure thats a good question ngl. I guess I find music a safehaven for me to get away from situations where my autism would lead to things. I also used to write songs about my feelings and being autistic that was an escape for me.
