Funnily enough i was watching a docu on this last night on youtube, all the battery stuff is false and never happened..not one sexual injury was found...poor james was found in 2 bits because one of these sadistic bastards laid him over the train track for a train decapitated his poor lifeless body...

Now if the 20 witnesses that saw both boys dragging a bloodied and distressed 2 yr old along had intervened, james would still be alive....i mean, would you intervene?...i know i would have.

I know what was done to him Parmy and there was definitely some sexual injuries but I will leave it there, also there was a use for the batteries,I don't know where you got your info from but maybe look into the crime files a bit and also his autopsy report. more than 20 people saw him in various stages of distress one was told they were taking him home and he was their little brother,one thought it was kids messing so drew her curtains,etc,in hearsay we could all say we would have intervened,I'de like to think I would but until you are in that situation no one knows.The child had 42 injuries,they could not even define which one killed him.
