Most people would still die though, like bots said how many people actually dies from old age? And the likelihood of diseases/accidents etc happening would only increase the older people get.
I think pensions would be an interesting one, we couldn't really have people working for 70 years then retiring for 900

maybe it would be something where you'd have 70 on and 30 off every century you're alive
