Is that true? And if so is it a relatively new thing (as in the last 15 year or less)? Because there are people I went to school with who are in the army and... well... let's just say I know for a fact that they didn't get good grades . I know of a guy who drives tanks now and it's a thought that terrifies me to my very core, because based on school I think it'd be risky to put him on a moped.
