4 has the worst newbies IMO when you take everything into account. Cassandra, Loveita and Mitch were the only interesting ones, and that season would've been FAR worse had Nikki not been in it (I still think it's the worst BBCAN for me personally, but 6 is doing the most to try and change that!).

I'm just hoping this picks up like BBCAN3 did. 3 was dire until the jury phase started (the only exception being Graig's eviction week, which we didn't even get to see on the feeds due to Nae's instant eviction </3)

Right now Liv and Ali are the only ones making me want to watch (and at times Erica too)

imo Naeha got instant eviction axed, they didn't do it again after she was a victim from that twist.

I think I've been more invested in the newbies I've liked this season than last...it's just that they're almost all gone. But I'd definitely agree that even of the ones I didn't care for last year (Dillon/Dre/Jackie) they at least had some semblance of a personality compared to the ones I REALLY don't care for this time (i.e. the majority of the remaining houseguests)

The thing that BB4 had going for it though was that the cast all gelled together to create some great drama and storylines. Like, there were far closer votes in the pre-jury phase that season than there have been this one, at least most people turned up to play, there was some great gameplay, divides, drama etc

And also, there were HATEABLE characters in the form of Jared and the brothers too! I'll always take a season where I root against people than one where I don't care what happens, I'd prefer to have an opinion on someone than none at all

Actually, maybe my new found offence for Derek and Kaela will make me enjoy this season more if I spend the rest of it longing/hoping for their evictions

Tim greatly improved that season, without him it wouldn't have been that good.

I couldn't stand them but Xtine, Rail and Dallas provided far much more than these drebs

I agree that the vets made last year's season much more entertaining but at least the newbies still had their own storylines like Demetres vs Dillon in the beginning, The French Connection, Jackie's feuds with Ika and Karen, Dre vs. Dillon before the triple.

Eh this would've all been pretty bad/mediocre tbh if the vets weren't adding to it with their own storylines and involvement in these storylines.

Did anyone else find it hilarious when Olivia randomly started shouting in the bedroom and Erica and Ali told her to be quiet.

I hated Olivia in the beginning but now I just enjoy how cringe worthy she is. kudos to her though for putting up Hamza and going against the house. Even though I didnt want him gone, ballsy move in a house full of sheep.
