Kirk I have moved ..To Ierland in 1999...gave up my SA citizenship to be a proud Irish woman....doesn't make it less painfull to hear my fahily and friends...being raped and murdered

The end of apartheid went well under Nelson Mandela. Apartheid hasn't caused this. A corrupt and racist president who has betrayed SA has has.

What SA needs now is another Mandela.

I know someone tried to start a thread about this recently but unfortunately it never got more than a few posts.

I read an article that said white farms were being raided and farmers murdered. One of the biggest dairy farms in SA was taken by force, the owner murdered along with any blacks who were working there at the time. Every single cow was also killed. They then tried to farm the land but didn't know how to farm and so it fell into barren land.

Something needs to be done. I can't believe we hardly get any mention of this here in the UK. It feels like we too are still punishing the whites for the apartheid.

Mandela must be turning in his grave.

Hi Red...thats not entirey true ,All Sa /ANC presidets post Madiba are racist.They have no shame about it.......Just this week the leader of SA military took to twitter to comment on the savage beating of a 70 yr old farmer...He said those guilty should have cut his eyes and thouge out.......This is the leader of South African military......cry my beloved country

I also heard way back Lime that Mandela himself was a terrorist,i don't know how true that is but the person who told me was insistant Mandela was not the good man he seemed to be

As I said lime,I don't know that much about Mandela himself,but I do remember the young boy Stompie and his murder,just awful.
