On a related note - I saw what might be THE most blatant drug dealer car in the world a couple of months ago . Gull wing doors, the works... and this colour (though not this car);

One guy my age, who had NEVER had a LAWFUL job in his life, in the days of the old Giro payments and 'books', used to wait until the 3 months limit for cashing them was imminent then would cash them all at once and pay the money into a bank account.

He worked TWO jobs on the side; Bouncer at night and Property/Roofing Repairer during the day and he bought several houses for cash - back before all the money-laundering checks etc - and rented them out.

When he died last year he left over £3 million pounds.

Perfectly true and not uncommon, believe me.
