Steamed brocolli, spinach is the best... the dark greens are good for your eyes... I used to love sweet peas, but I am getting pickier about sweeter foods... kind of feel like I get enough sweet stuff in the rest of my diet...
I eat and consume a lot of fruit. Blueberries, apple, and my husband just cut up a watermelon... banana chips, dried raisins (occasionally, often too sweet)... cranberry juice, grapefruit (

).. and OJ & oranges... strawberries, manga... avocado... most fruits really.
I eat a lot of nuts with my fruit. Like almonds...
as for what I don't like... there's not much. I don't like anything that is too sour... but I do like lemon and lime juice... I put it in my tea and ice water during the summer
