So to say Hazel's 'tone' was at fault is to say she should suck it all up and take whatever humiliation Gina throws at her without retaliating. Pretty impossible. I think she's done well not to deck her, never mind speak to her in a tone of voice.

I haven't seen that bit with the sitting with peasants. Heck, seems I've ruffled everyones feathers here. I've already admitted I've got it wrong,

OMG Niamh, I would too. I came in here to say I think Hazel handles it pretty well, I would have lost it long before now.... Hazel keeps her cool brilliantly...

Tide could be turning on Gina, she's not getting as much support now on FB, I think it's too late to save Hazel though (though tbf I think she's dying to get the hell out of there at this stage)
