Depends on is he had an easy ride while he was locked up or not. He's not actually a "hard man", he's a poser, if he had a rough ride and he gets out I think he'll quietly slink away as he won't want to risk going back.

If he was treated with kid gloves then yes... it'll be worse than ever if he isn't successfully convicted.

I think most countries would consider that a pretty big human rights breach. Even if you're being held on terror offences here it wouldn't be allowed to go anywhere near that time
