Haha, I'm glad I'm not the only one who thinks like this! If there is anything remotely fattening in the house, I'm all like, 'well I'd best bite the bullet and crack on with it' and eat em all like it's my civic duty like a chore

I am in the 'Brown Stuff' over what I have had to eat. I had a Doctor's appointment at 8.30 am this morning and had to give a urine sample after fasting for 12 hours. I have been up all night working on some urgent documents and got peckish about 4.am. I completely forgot about the fasting and went and cut myself some thick slices from a 'salt and pepper' crusty loaf of bread, spread lashings of Cornish butter on them and lashings of 'Sutherland's Beef Paste', made a strong sweet cup of coffee, and enjoyed the lot with real relish.

I have just had a real old roasting from the Doctor's Appointments Clerk when I rang to cancel and re-book.

Ah well, at least I got my work done and enjoyed my open sarnies.

I'm finding this quite good fun

I had a two slices of toast for breakfast with water

Later for my dinner I had a cheese and tomato sandwich with some snackajacks and more water

When I got in I was feeling slightly hungry so had a cup of tea with two digestive biscuits

For tea I'm having shepherds pie
