Fans can express their opinion how they want. If they want to fork £800 to fly a banner over the stadium then who am I to call it stupid tbh. They are still showing more passion for the club than 99% of the players this season. He's also deluded himself enough judging by his press conference to the extent that he thinks the fans all love and support him. I felt for him as he was simply out of his depth, but he can get the **** out after his Man City comments and I genuinely can't even loom at the guy anymore. Aspiring to be like a club that hasn't finished with more points than us for **** knows how log before he got in...who is he to even say some **** like that?

He is so full of shat. Anyone but him is to blame.
Also, I don't find flying a banner over the stadium embarrassing. If that's embarrassing, then what do we call what David Moyes has done this season? Get rid and bring in Van Gaal. |

Everyone including Moyes knows it is going to happen so I can't see the point of it. I don't thing anyone expected any different a season once Ferguson stepped down and Moyes was appointed. A guy who has never won anything, not sure what Fergie was thinking, unless he has a massive grudge against Moyes that is the only rational explanation . Moyes is not a big enough name for the egos at United either which is another problem he has got along with being a negative manager.

The plane I think it takes the sting out of the "gesture" by advertising it before hand, personally I think it would have had more impact if it happened without prior warning. Also the bad season was a given, once Moyes was appointed, most United fans face palmed when he got the job didn't they

I'd rather fans express themselves and their disillusionment with a plane rather than brawling.....he is systematically destroying the club and so big gestures are maybe what will make the board sit up and listen....they have to remember where their revenue comes from and listen......Moyes Out....

Gary Neville is so desperate to stick up for him and save his brother's job as a coach. How about the manager does something to give the fans a reason to sing his name??
