right well i had a buttery for breakfast and it was bloody decent
then i had a grand big mac from maccies for lunch bc i wanted it, also had chips and coke just had a cup of tea and scranned a kinder bueno

Yesterday I had

Yesterday - mid-route to work - I ate a McDonald's breakfast muffin with a small bottle of 'Evian' natural 'Spring Water', and back at home after a 12 hour working day, I had a late meal of new potatoes, salad, free-range egg mayo and a 12-ounce medium rare sirloin steak with one glass of 'Belletti' extra-dry Prosecco.
This morning, I have had 2 cups of coffee, 2 slices of crusty bread and butter and 2 soft boiled free-range eggs.

Last nights tea was steamed salmon, baked tattie with cottage cheese and a mountain of black Kale - my new fave I am now a bit hungry so i may have my lunch at like 11
