It's funny really how Nietzsche was only playing devil's advocate (no pun intended) when he mentioned the doctrine of eternal recurrance. How the notion that man's ultimate fate is to relive his own life again and again forever should form a foundation of the values we create for ourselves. If the Big Crunch theory is true, then we may aswell make the most out of our lives, because we are only going to repeat it for all eternity.

Isn't saying it's God kind of the lazy way out? Not really thinking about it?

only if you dont think about it. genesis and indeed the Bible is no lazy alternative and neither is being a Christian. Both you and I will be dead by 2070 so we make our choices.

This has always been the most difficult topic for me to EVER understand.

I mean, so we are saying before the big bang (if it is actually real), there was nothing in the world? How exactly would this make land, water, plants and animals...

and then evolution comes in... why are apes and monkeys still around if we are supposed to have evolved from them.

And then comes in the third one, God. Every living thing, or object... anything... must have been created. So how was God created?

Bind these 3 points together, and its impossible to find out.

So we have evolution, God creating the universe, and The Big Bang. Now, what happened when?

The universe couldnt just have been created just by a huge explosion... i always wonder, how weird is it to think, what was there before? Did we just have pitch black before the universe was created??

Tbh I think I actually believe my before human life.
I am POSITIVE this is not a dream, but i have a feeling of me walking around in pitch black with stars surrounding me and a light shining in my face. This NEVER HAPPENED IN REAL LIFE OR IN DREAM.... could have been my previous life... I have never forgotton that memory... and it creeps me out.
