My cat - this is probably quite sad but I have this cat that's big, grey and fluffy, and lets you hug her like 24/7, so if I feel **** that's a bit of a comfort blanket.

Other than her, friends... watching a good movie.
Oh! A cup of tea solves virtually anything.

It's not always the same, and it depends how down I feel. Things like movies, music or a book will brighten my mood if I'm feeling a bit sad. However if I'm really low, I'm not very good at cheering myself up, c'est la vie.

Music, food, watching childhood movies, eh, cuddle, a lil smooching and a lil suming suming. Sometimes though i'm so down a good cry is just what I need and after that I get myself together.
