thought it was a stupid task anyway! not very imaginative.....i think aaron and alex were having a good time and she really made him laugh ......Jays comment about being covered in dog poo was not nice...probably bit jealous cus Lou would have thought that very romantic and he wasnt in on the 'pooing' bit lol...' And i dont like that cleaner woman either......she reminds me of the little brittain character when she talks....who me dear...noooooooooo dear.......

I agree - Jay's managed to try to rein in his hatred for Aaron since he realised that Aaron continued not only to be saved by the public, but came tops again.

His mask is slipping though as it's hotting up towards the final week. He's an idiot of a man - and is as jealous as hell of Aaron - and his intelligence. Loved when Aaron said the banal convos were just so uninteresting and Jay trying to rack his brains for something intelligent to discuss with Aaron !!

After reading this thread I was expecting his comments to be a lot worse than what they were, but I've just seen the episode and I think people are making a bit of a mountain out of a molehill tbh. Alex was basically screaming the whole way through the task which is probably why he thought there'd be more paint on them than there actually was

Not a big fan of Jay's but totally agree with this post.
Plus Jay's comments to Faye about her & Aaron were because Jay cant understand how Faye can put up with Aaron's moods especially after Faye was complaining to Jay about Aaron.

Because Jay isn't smart enough to click onto the fact that Faye is playing Aaron...... plus it suits Jay - as he can't abide Aaron, so any old excuse to fault the guy will do for Jay.

Yeah thats fair enough, I could understand it if he had said it with a smile on his face, or more importantly directed the comment at Alex. But he just mentioned Aaron, it was clearly cause Jay doesnt like Aaron and likes seeing him annoyed and upset. Plus it wasnt said with humour, it was said with venom imo.

People seem to have short memories, it was only a couple of nights ago Jay tried to cheer up Aaron and tried to have a conversation that would interest him. The same night he also helped Faye out and gave her advice which she was grateful for, I think Jay just prefers having a good atmosphere in the house

Jay wants Aaron to be moody so he can look the nice guy when trying to cheer him up, he knos Aaron will continue to sulk, annoying the public and other housemates.

When Jay talks to Faye about Aaron, she normally is grateful, this is because Jay assures her the none of it is her fault putting the fault purly on Aaron and critisizing him, so even though he is making her feel better herself, he is trying to put even more strain on the relationship.

You could tell yesturday just how annyoed he was when they were dancing and hugging openly getting annyoed about their relatioship to other housemates and taking every chance to drip more poison in Faye's ear.

He needs the public to see Faaron in a bad light so by contrast they fall for JayLo (not saying Jay is in a fauxmance, but I am saying that if Farron fails this will automatically increase JayLo's credibility.

That just feeds his desire to be seen as Mr good guy and the peacemaker of the house. He wasnt so nice when he got the power affect the house during the crypt task. Indeed had it not been for the fact that Aaron was popular him and Anton would have put both Faye and him up together in a heartbeat when they thought they were swapping places rather than just an extra nom.

Jay has never hated Aaron, he tried for weeks to make amends with him after their falling out and Aaron continuously blanked him and ignored him, it's only recently that Aaron's been able to accept their differences and they've started to get along well. I think in the crypt a lot of the stuff he said was influenced by Anton tbh, he was the one who was really trying to get Aaron out

I honestly think you, and Jamesy, are overcomplicating Jay, he's not trying to put on some kind of a false persona, he's not trying to deceive or manipulate anyone; I think he's as straightforward as they come and isn't always trying to play the game or act differently in order to get votes.

Also it was interesting how everyone goes on about Jay sucking up to Aaron and yet Faye and Tom were convinced that it was Aaron who was up Jay's ass
