5'8, about 9 and a half/10 stone. Haven't weighed myself for ages though. I would now but I haven't got any scales.

And I'm not just saying this because I don't want to share my weight, but I actually don't know what weight I am; I flung my scales out because I became obsessed with them and all they did was depress me.

It sounds a lot, but I lost like a stone last year and everyone said I looked ill...and I agree. So I'm quite happy

Omg Pyra two nights ago I did the 8 minute abs YouTube video for the first time in ages - didn't really feel it yesterday but today I really did; think I might die tomorrow when running on the treadmill for an hour today catches up with me!! Hahahahaha
