Same here, I was cracking up at it. Why do people go poor young girl? She came frigging 5th in US X Factor, hardly a poor little girl, she will probably get some sort of recording contract and be set up for life.
Same with Janet Devlin who was my fave in UK. When she went out I was upset because the way the show producers had treated her week on week, but I was not that bothered as I understand that her personally is set up now with music as her life, like she wanted when she first set out on XF.
If you want to feel sorry for anyone, feel sorry for talented musicians who made way for novelty acts in bootcamp and judges house stage like in the UK many talented boys missed out on their chance because of the obsession of the production team with a flat solo like Frankie Cocozza. I feel sorry for the likes of Joe Cox, James Michael, John Adams, Lascel Woods to have to give way to a dud like that. Not for a 14 y/o girl who ended up in 5th place and went out because she was actually BOTTOM of the public vote.
