If you go on youtube and find an old bb clip from one of the first few shows you'll hear that his accent wasnt half as pronounced. He's now putting it on a lot which is pretty sad. He really drags it out and it IS irritating!

If you (the OP) is rude initially, he has every right to respond to you in the same manner as you felt it appropriate to address him.

I don't have an issue with his voiceover at all - so you aren't saying what everyone else is thinking - I'm happy enough with it, it's not big deal.
