I am not, I use it a lot for Uni work and research obviously and also for when I am on here but I do that at times when I would want to be and would be likely on my own anyway. It would never interfere with any socialising with friends or family etc;

I didn't say you specifically did.

I also said not all of us would want to watch it, (never mind want to record it and watch it, scan through or otherwise).

I wouldn't say that most people are too dependent on the internet or computers, it's very convenient but the general populace wouldn't fall to it's knees over the loss of it (without taking into account internet businesses and such). Everything the internet provides you can find elsewhere it's just that using it makes things easier, same with computers.

I don't think so. I do think it's generally making a lot of people lazier though.

I'd be devastated if it somehow ceased to exist, the internet is the greatest thing ever, but it's not like I or anyone else couldn't live without it.
