I know I was joking about the being stoned thing, but you are right. Our bodies are amazing... and the mind is so complex a piece of engineering we don't even really know how it works... and yet we think we're so clever.

I sat and thought about my brain so much one night that I grew scared of it and didn't want it in my head anymore :/

It's amazing how the human body can do that. You don't even have time to think about it, you just feel the panic and respond and react.

I love my body. I'm constantly in amazement over how my body does things. WHy is it that it can react to things without me even thinking about it? I don't know.

We are incredible machines.
I've had stuff like this happen to me before, it always shocks me how quick I react.
